Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer complaints regarding vehicle quality through physical and documentary evaluations
• Monitor the resolution of identified quality issues and interface with internal and external suppliers for corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure imported vehicles comply with Brazilian legislation requirements
• Manage vehicles blocked in stock due to suspected non-compliance, coordinating with engineering and suppliers
• Track quality indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for executive review
• Plan weekly activities to ensure service level targets are met

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience (Junior level)
• BTEC Higher National Diploma or Diploma of Higher Education
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with methodological rigor
• Proven focus on performance indicators and data-driven decision making
• Soft skills including teamwork, customer focus, collaboration, and resilience
