Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, integrity and accuracy of data
• Undertake detailed logistics analysis to identify efficiency and cost optimization opportunities
• Create statistical and financial models to review cost savings and efficiencies
• Produce forecasts and estimates to aid financial decisions and cash flow planning
• Monitor and manage logistics costs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine effective solutions and participate in planning reviews
• Set up and provide regular reports on supplier analysis and transportation costs
• Track logistics trends and recommend changes
• Report on key performance indicators

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in data analytics or supply chain optimization
• Proficiency in computer databases, statistic applications, and logistics programs
• Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Tableau, and ERP systems
• Familiarity with supply chain processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
