About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of APS-3 project plans, including scope, schedule, cost, and risk management plans
- Participate in the execution and implementation of logistical actions in support of program leadership
- Develop high-level integrated master schedules to meet stakeholder requirements
- Refine systems and methods to improve schedule forecasts and anticipate customer needs
- Participate in the development of asset management products and KPI reporting
- Produce clear, concise, and well-structured professional documentation and reports
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and cost estimates
- Uphold KBR's Zero Harm safety program policies and procedures
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and a valid U.S. Passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Working knowledge of GCSS-Army
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS-Project, MS-Excel, and MS-Word
- Proficiency in MS-Power BI for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in military operations or working with Army staff
- Lean Six Sigma training or certification
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications in Project Management or Scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of applicable specialized military/contracting experience
- Ability to meet medical readiness requirements for deployment
