Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Inventory and stage materials at project sites
• Report and document discrepancies in shipments or stock
• Update CMMS with accurate asset tracking information
• Provide materials reconciliation reports to project managers
• Ensure material delivery schedules align with project installation timelines
• Track project material issues and action items through to closure
• Report project status and performance metrics to management
• Assist technicians in the field and support tool movements and shipping
• Perform extensive overseas travel to worldwide USG facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics Operations
• Understanding of CMMS Asset Tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Active Secret security clearance
• Ability to work independently and adhere to tight schedules
• Ability to lift objects between 50-80 pounds
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions during OCONUS assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Deep experience working with CMMS software
• Previous experience working at embassies
