Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support at worldwide USG facilities during Technical Security Upgrade projects
• Manage inventory and stage materials at project sites
• Update CMMS with asset tracking information and report discrepancies
• Provide materials reconciliation reports to project managers
• Ensure material delivery schedules align with project installation schedules
• Track project material issues and action items to closure
• Report project status and performance metrics to management
• Assist technicians in the field and support tool movements and shipping
• Perform extensive overseas travel and occasional lifting of objects 50-80 pounds

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics Operations
• Understanding of CMMS Asset Tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Active Secret security clearance
• Ability to work independently and adhere to tight schedules
• Excellent interpersonal skills and extreme attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Direct experience working with CMMS
• Experience working at embassies
