Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive logistics, asset accountability, and sustainment support for complex weapon systems and training assets.
• Prepare and process requisition, invoice, and shipping documents for the refurbishment, repair, and transfer of materials.
• Conduct physical inventories of stocked items and incoming/outgoing assets, including sensitive items, to maintain accurate records.
• Track all assets shipped CONUS/OCONUS and provide status updates to stakeholders through final delivery.
• Manage asset records within Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) and Electronic Logistics Management Systems (ELMS).
• Maintain a DD1149 tracking system, ensuring all documentation is accurately matched and linked to asset records.
• Serve as a liaison between government organizations and contractors to ensure proper documentation and material handling.
• Use logistics systems including LMP, LIW, TULSA, and EDIS to support asset visibility and sustainment reporting.
• Prepare reports and briefings for leadership regarding asset status, inventory accuracy, and shipments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting DoD logistics, acquisition, sustainment, or depot maintenance programs.
• Experience managing DD1149s, government shipping documentation, and asset accountability records.
• Proficiency with Army logistics systems such as LMP, AESIP, ELMS, LIW, TULSA, and EDIS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting TAGM weapons systems.
• Proven ability to solve problems within complex logistics environments.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills for working with technical and test teams.
