Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate internal and international systems to support cost-effective shipments.
• Manage and maintain the inventory control system in compliance with Annex 24 requirements.
• Record and track all inventory movements, including imports, exports, transfers, and manufacturing consumption.
• Reconcile physical inventory against system records and validate proper material consumption.
• Monitor temporary import deadlines to ensure timely returns or changes of regime.
• Monitor and control VAT and Excise Tax credits under the Annex 30 certification.
• Prepare and review monthly credit control reports and reconcile credit balances.
• Analyze KPIs related to inventory accuracy and compliance to propose process improvements.
• Generate reports for internal and external audits and ensure full traceability of goods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Administration, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of inventory control, imports, and exports.
• Experience with Annex 30 and Annex 24.
• Experience conducting internal audits of foreign trade.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and charts.
• Ability to work under pressure and a results-oriented mindset.
