Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage critical domestic and international shipment executions for Eaton EMEA sites
• Oversee inbound and outbound operations, including logistics documentation and MIS maintenance
• Partner with Material Planners and Sales teams to improve forecast accuracy and optimize inventory levels
• Collaborate with air, ocean, road, and parcel carriers to ensure performance KPIs (OTD, Accuracy, Lead Time, Cost, and Quality) are met
• Monitor fleet utilization, assign pick-ups, and drive cost-reduction efficiencies
• Analyze performance data and create monthly scorecards with leading indicators for management review
• Ensure compliance with all relevant country and regional logistics regulations and standards
• Execute daily shipment planning, load building, and routing within the TMS
• Manage freight invoice validation, approval, and insurance damage requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5-8 years of experience in EMEA Logistics operational domain
• Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office
• Strong skills in Logistics Planning and Data Mining techniques
• Experience with Spot quotation and TMS execution
• Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and resolve operational disruptions

Preferred Qualifications

• SCM qualifications from an accredited institute (e.g., CII TM Pro)
• Experience working in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment
