Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic logistics roadmaps by managing external warehouses and freight services.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to plan deliveries and ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Analyze orders in MRP based on sales forecasts, stocks, and parameters to ensure full deliveries.
• Coordinate with logistics and storage suppliers, including managing import/export processes.
• Manage the distribution of logistics services to achieve the best balance between cost and quality.
• Develop and maintain KPI tracking tools and performance reporting.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve quality or service issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive incremental value through critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemicals, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, specifically in roles involving external vendor management.
• Advanced proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish.
• Strong data analysis, research, and analytical decision-making skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and consensus building.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP software.
• Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
