About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor national and international transport operations, including shipment scheduling and deadline tracking
- Follow up with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers
- Support import and export processes, including customs clearance and cargo release
- Interface with customs brokers and logistics partners
- Update operational systems, spreadsheets, and controls
- Monitor logistics KPIs, track costs, and generate management reports
- Ensure the organization and control of logistics and tax documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Administration, Supply Chain, or Foreign Trade
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or administrative routines
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Power BI
