Logistics Agent

Responsibilities

• Receive goods: control deliveries, verify quantities and documents, and perform computerized entry registration
• Ensure storage and organization of products following traceability, FIFO principles, and temperature guidelines
• Prepare orders (picking): picking, reference control, packaging, and preparation for shipment
• Drive forklifts and handling equipment using CACES R489 categories 1, 3, and 5 to move pallets and loads safely
• Load and unload trucks following safety and securing instructions
• Complete traceability documents and delivery notes, and perform labeling according to procedures
• Participate in inventories and stock monitoring, reporting discrepancies and proposing corrective actions
• Respect and enforce food hygiene and safety rules (BPF, HACCP) and site QHSE instructions
• Perform first-level equipment maintenance and alert maintenance in case of anomalies

Requirements

• Experience in logistics or the food industry preferred
• Mandatory possession of CACES R489 categories 1, 3, and 5 with regular driving practice
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (BPF, HACCP) and handling best practices
• Rigor, organizational skills, and respect for QHSE procedures
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Availability for fixed or rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night, or weekends)
