Logistics Agent

Responsibilities

• Receive goods: control deliveries, verify quantities and documents, and perform computerized entry registration
• Ensure storage and organization of products following traceability, FIFO, and temperature guidelines
• Prepare orders (picking): product picking, reference control, and packaging for shipment
• Drive forklifts and handling equipment using CACES R489 categories 1, 3, and 5
• Load and unload trucks following safety and securing instructions
• Perform preparation and labeling operations and complete traceability documents
• Participate in inventories and stock monitoring, reporting discrepancies
• Respect food hygiene and safety rules (BPF, HACCP) and QHSE site instructions
• Perform first-level equipment maintenance and alert maintenance for anomalies

Requirements

• Possession of CACES R489 categories 1, 3, and 5 is mandatory
• Experience in logistics or the food industry preferred
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (BPF, HACCP)
• Rigor, organizational skills, and respect for QHSE procedures
• Ability to work in teams and follow rotating schedules
• Driver's license (Permis B) and vehicle preferred
