About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily logistics activities, including transport allocation and coordination between plants to optimize truck tours.
  • Monitor operational performance through key indicators (KPIs) such as volumes, costs, margins, and HSE metrics.
  • Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize transport processes and pumping services.
  • Manage the carrier panel by selecting, negotiating, and managing contractual relationships with transport providers.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSSE) standards across all transport activities.
  • Oversee administrative and financial tasks, including transport billing, cost control, and carrier documentation compliance.
  • Lead and train a transverse network of managers, coordinators, and operators.

Requirements

  • Degree level Bac+2 (BTS, DUT) to Bac+5 (Master) in Logistics, Transport, or Supply Chain.
  • Significant experience in logistics management, ideally within an industrial or construction sector (Ready-Mix Concrete preferred).
  • Proficiency in logistics information systems, including ERP, TMS, and WMS.
  • Strong knowledge of freight transport regulations.
  • Proven skills in negotiation, budget management, and financial analysis.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
