Logistics Administrator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the disposition of containers and raw materials from external warehouses
• Process and ship sample requests
• Manage returns and blocked goods
• Handle the disposition of finished goods
• Monitor inventory management at the site location
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools for daily operational tasks
• Act as a deputy in the logistics department, with responsibility for raw material planning, disposition, delivery scheduling, and inventory optimization

Requirements

• Commercial or technical training with a focus on logistics
• Experience in export/import of goods is preferred
• Knowledge of cargo securing for road, rail, and sea transport
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Strong organizational, cooperative, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in German and good proficiency in English (written and spoken)
