Logistics Administrative Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipment schedules and manage logistics operations.
• Monitor real-time inventory levels using ERP (SAP), MES, and WMS systems.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Process monthly logistics cost settlements and verify invoices from service providers.
• Verify shipping documentation including Bills of Lading (BL), Invoices (IV), and Packing Lists (PL).
• Track and report on logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, shipping accuracy, and freight cost per unit.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Production, and 3rd-Party Logistics (3PL) providers.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting support for HQ and North America regional leadership.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically with advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred), MES, and WMS.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, SCM, or trade administration.
• Experience working with 3rd-party logistics companies and warehouse operators.
