Logistics Admin

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update sales orders to reflect engineering changes
• Monitor daily order backlogs and provide proactive status updates to requestors
• Process internal, no-charge, and other non-standard orders to ensure timely shipment
• Coordinate with global Customer Service and Sales teams to resolve delivery or billing blocks
• Investigate and document defective shipments (DEFOA) and inbound return discrepancies
• Extract data from SAP and other tools for reporting and data analysis
• Represent the Order Management team in cross-functional Sales & Operation Execution (S&OE) forums

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for creating and maintaining documents
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize critical action items and multi-task in a changing environment
• Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is strongly preferred
