About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound logistics for raw materials, intermediate, and finished goods to ensure timely receipt.
- Manage the handling of critical, regulated, and hazardous materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Execute tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality system documentation.
- Utilize SAP ERP/MRP platforms and Microsoft Office Suite for inventory transactions and reporting.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs), such as forklifts and vertical order pickers, following safety certifications.
- Implement Lean principles and 5S methodologies to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Inventory Control and Factory Support.
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience in logistics or a related field.
- Proficiency with SAP ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks.
- Knowledge of GDP/GMP compliance standards.
