Logistics Admin

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound logistics for raw materials, intermediate, and finished goods to ensure timely receipt.
• Manage the handling of critical, regulated, and hazardous materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and internal EHS standards.
• Execute tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality system documentation.
• Utilize SAP ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office Suite for inventory transactions and reporting.
• Implement Lean principles and 5S methodologies to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs), including forklifts and vertical order pickers.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control and Factory Support teams to ensure supply chain continuity.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP/MRP platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of GDP/GMP compliance standards.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks (PITs).
• Familiarity with Lean and 5S methodologies.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as required by business needs.
