Logistics Activity Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage site logistics operations including raw material receiving, packaging, and storage in tanks
• Oversee product loading for bulk trucks and ISO tanks according to production plans
• Coordinate domestic and international product shipments
• Manage inventory, including stock identification and regular physical counts
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Collaborate with contractor warehouse supervisors to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Perform basic troubleshooting and inspection of logistics machinery and equipment
• Issue safe work permits and support weighing operations for incoming and outgoing goods
• Partner with Logistics Engineers to improve processes and control management costs

Requirements

• Diploma in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Petrochemical)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Ability to work in a team environment and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work off-hours when necessary
• Experience in a petrochemical plant environment is a plus
