Logistic Specialist (Import & Export)

Responsibilities

• Prepare necessary documentation for import and export operations in coordination with customs companies
• Obtain freight offers and organize appropriate land, sea, or air transportation
• Monitor shipment processes with suppliers, distribution centers, and shipping companies
• Evaluate the performance of customs firms and shipping companies and resolve any issues
• Advise sales departments regarding changes in import and export legislation
• Analyze customs-related costs and implement actions to reduce unnecessary expenses
• Ensure all export control, trade sanctions, and import control procedures align with global trade compliance

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience in similar logistics or supply chain roles
• Knowledge of sales, sales operations, order management, and invoicing processes
• Good command of the English language
• Mid-level proficiency in MS Office applications
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• For male employees, completion of military service is required
