Logistic Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the entire process of product movement via air and land/trucking transportation
• Track shipments across different channels and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain
• Act as a daily liaison between customers, carriers, and internal staff
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and essential account documentation
• Resolve discrepancies and problems related to the transportation and logistics systems
• Analyze corporate logistics to identify cost-effective transport methods and optimize operations
• Coordinate with site managers and co-workers to ensure effective operational flow
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and other job-related duties as required

Requirements

• 0-5+ years of experience in the logistics industry, including freight forwarding and strategy planning
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S.
