Logistic Process Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP support models (1st & 2nd level) and drive continuous improvement in logistics and warehouse processes
• Lead the team with full disciplinary responsibility, including onboarding, training, and mentoring
• Own the project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and end-to-end delivery of digital solutions
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives, including Miniload system operations and system integration (SAP, hardware, digital solutions)
• Design and develop BI dashboards and analytical solutions to support data-driven decision-making
• Coordinate with technical partners and external vendors to ensure seamless system integration
• Oversee Production IT security audits and ensure compliance with security measures

Requirements

• University degree in IT, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of SAP processes, specifically within logistics, warehouse, and supply chain management
• Proven project management skills and experience in team leadership and people development
• Strong analytical thinking with experience in data, BI, and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in both English and Czech (written and spoken)
• Proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in SAP, project management, or IT
• Understanding of modern IT and digitalization trends in logistics
