Logistic Manager After Sales Support

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for customers, analyzing requirements and negotiating technical contracts for spare parts, test equipment, simulators, and repairs.
• Serve as a Bid Manager for inquiries regarding spare parts and repair services.
• Manage order planning and control within projects, including the creation of project, schedule, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance of subcontractors.
• Support project management in procurement processes for entire weapon systems within the after-sales sector.

Requirements

• Completed degree in a technical or economic field or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), Integrated Product Support (IPS), Service Engineering, or Customer Support.
• Experience in the civilian or military sector, ideally with knowledge of military procurement processes and public sector contracting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner.
