Logistic - Expediter

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve supply chain issues
• Manage multiple tasks, track orders, and prioritize urgent items to maintain project timelines
• Proactively identify and resolve potential delays in the supply chain
• Facilitate the interface between Vendors and internal Saipem functions, including technical and accounting departments
• Ensure the timely availability of suitable shipping documentation for the transportation of purchased materials
• Maintain exhaustive and punctual updates within the Order Management System

Requirements

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and curious attitude toward new challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar post-order or expediter role
• Experience working within a supply chain environment
• Knowledge of SAP software
