Logistic Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics based on Incoterms, ensuring efficient flow between regions and plants.
• Handle documentation and data management within SAP and Ariba, including order dating, ASN maintenance, and NAFTA drop shipment documents.
• Coordinate with forwarders to select appropriate service levels and manage monthly performance scorecards.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and sourcing teams to expedite shipments and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Monitor and report on shipping status, logistics spending, and service level performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English or Logistics.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics-related positions.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Strong project management skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to manage multiple time zones.

• Experience working within a multinational company.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute processes methodically.
