Logistic Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receive stocks in the system based on purchase receipts confirmed by the Warehouse Supervisor
• Verify incoming stock quantities and ensure accurate inventory updates in the ERP system
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment from 3PL warehouses
• Fulfill stock replenishment requests for showrooms
• Support daily operations including the creation of delivery notes and invoices
• Assist with stock arrangement, labeling, and general warehouse organization
• Maintain accurate records of all stock transfers and inventory transactions

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations
• Experience with ERP system stock handling
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of delivery documentation and invoicing processes

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory coordination roles
