About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of parts and materials from international suppliers to ensure production availability.
  • Interface with the International Logistics Network (ILN) to monitor import and export processes.
  • Monitor logistics lead times, volumes, and deliveries to mitigate supply risks.
  • Perform follow-ups with global suppliers to align information with the production plan.
  • Track logistics performance indicators, including deliveries, delays, and inventory coverage.
  • Manage the supply system to ensure efficient transport of raw materials, components, and finished products.
  • Coordinate local parts collection schedules and interface with carriers and suppliers.
  • Analyze demand forecasting data to support short and medium-term transport planning.
  • Execute operational and cost validations in conjunction with transport providers.
  • Monitor and manage performance indicators for suppliers and carriers to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in parts planning and international negotiation.
  • Extensive experience working within the logistics sector.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Experience with Power BI.
