About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate wheel loaders and wheeled material handlers at the Dunedin port log yard
- Safely arrange, transfer, and load logs within the yard
- Communicate clearly with the team to ensure smooth and safe operations
Requirements
- Proven experience operating wheel loaders and/or material handlers
- Strong background in log handling
- Full NZ Driver’s License
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- NZ citizenship
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug test, ACC, and MOJ criminal history check
- A positive, safety-focused attitude
