About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day lodge operations including accommodations, front desk, food services, housekeeping, and recreation
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all legislative and company standards
- Lead, coach, and manage performance for supervisors and frontline employees, including unionized staff
- Serve as the primary operational contact for client representatives and site stakeholders
- Manage site-level financial controls, including labor, purchasing, inventory, and budget adherence
- Coordinate maintenance activities and monitor facility condition and operational readiness
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI analysis and standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in workforce accommodation, hotel, hospitality, or industrial services
- Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance systems
- Experience managing budgets, inventory, and cost controls
- OSHA 30 certification
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a unionized workforce
- Experience in large-scale workforce accommodation environments
- Post-secondary education in hospitality or business
- Experience overseeing catering and facilities services
