Outback Spirit Tours offers a range of unique adventure tours and luxury short stays across Australia. As part of the Journey Beyond family, we operate iconic brands and remote lodges, connecting guests to the land and to each other.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance activities
- Supporting the manager in managing maintenance records, asset registers, and system updates
- Organising parts, equipment, and freight to remote lodge locations
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting procurement, purchase orders, and receipting processes
- Assisting with maintenance projects and capital works
- Supporting continuous improvement in systems, processes, and workflows
Requirements
- Experience in administration, maintenance coordination, facilities, logistics, or asset management
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with maintenance management systems (such as MEX)
- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance administration and support
- Forklift or High Risk Licence
