Locum Sonographer

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, musculoskeletal, and vascular imaging
• Independently perform scans, interpret results, and provide accurate and timely reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient care and diagnostic accuracy
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records while adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Sonographer (or equivalent)
• Significant experience performing a wide range of ultrasound examinations
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound techniques, safety protocols, and diagnostic procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with medical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a hospital or clinical environment
