About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive neurorehabilitation services to patients with neurological conditions
- Assess and treat patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress
- Work with patients with spinal cord injuries, behaviorally challenging conditions, or persisting disorders of consciousness
- Manage patients with or without tracheostomies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and adhere to NHSE rehab pathways
Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration
- NHS experience
- Neurorehabilitation experience
- Skills in Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) rehabilitation
- Experience with behaviorally challenging patients or persisting disorders of consciousness
- Knowledge of NHSE rehab pathways
- Strong clinical and communication skills
