Locum Neuro and Older People’s Rehabilitation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload including traumatic brain injuries and acquired neurological conditions
• Assess, plan, and implement person-centered treatment programs
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals
• Provide expert advice, support, and adjust care plans based on patient progress
• Offer education and guidance to patients' families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reporting
• Contribute to the development of care plans and provide team leadership

Requirements

• Qualified healthcare professional (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Speech and Language Therapy)
• Extensive experience with complex neuro cases (TBI, stroke, MS, MND)
• Strong understanding of neurorehabilitation
• Proven ability to deliver individualized rehabilitation programs
• Experience with older people and age-related conditions
• Excellent communication and multi-disciplinary team skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
