Locum Geriatric Medicine Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of geriatric conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Lead ward rounds and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Develop individualized care plans for complex elderly patient needs
• Perform various medical procedures and manage emergency cases
• Provide support in the geriatric emergency department
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical students

Requirements

• GMC registration
• Minimum 6 months NHS experience
