Locum Consultant Radiologist (Breast)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Radiology care and support the imaging service
• Undertake one-stop clinics, general/mammography reporting, and breast MRI reporting
• Perform stereotactic biopsies, pre-operative localisations, and image-guided excision procedures (VAB)
• Participate in weekly Breast MDT meetings
• Diagnose and treat conditions using imaging techniques and manage patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid medical license
• FRCR or equivalent qualification
• GMC registration or eligibility to join the register within 6 months
• Proven experience as a Consultant in Radiology
• Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in Radiology procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
