Locum Consultant Histopathologist (Breast Pathology)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and analyse breast tissue samples
• Manage patient care within the histology department
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including breast, gastrointestinal, lung, urology, gynaecology, head and neck, and haematology
• Provide specialist breast pathology services and contribute to the general workload

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid medical license (FRCPath or equivalent)
• GMC registration or eligibility to join the register within 6 months
• Proven experience as a Histopathology Consultant with a focus on Breast Pathology
• Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in medical procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
