Locum Community Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy services across the community in homes or local clinics
• Assess and treat a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal, respiratory, and orthopaedic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide rehabilitation
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, and function
• Support elderly patients to improve rehabilitation and quality of life
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• HCPC Registration as a Physiotherapist
• Proven experience in community physiotherapy settings
• Experience in orthopaedics, care of the elderly, respiratory, and musculoskeletal outpatients
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Full UK driving license
