Locum Community Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients in the community to identify physiotherapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatments for optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on condition management and self-management strategies
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in accordance with professional standards

Requirements

• Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Relevant degree in Physiotherapy
• Experience in community physiotherapy
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
