Locum Community Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in the community
• Develop tailored treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
• Provide education on self-management strategies and rehabilitation techniques
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in accordance with professional standards

Requirements

• Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Relevant degree in Physiotherapy
• Experience in community physiotherapy settings
• Experience with orthopaedic, elderly, respiratory, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
