Locum Band 6 Aseptic Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and release of aseptic products within the technical services department
• Assist with the production and checking of chemotherapy, parenteral nutrition (PN), and CIVAS where required
• Ensure compliance with aseptic protocols, SOPs, and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality assurance processes
• Work collaboratively with pharmacy and clinical teams to support patient care

Requirements

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Experience working at Band 6 level or equivalent
• Previous aseptic services experience is essential
• Experience in releasing chemotherapy, PN, and CIVAS is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
