About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker room facilities, including showers, saunas, and changing areas
- Assist guests with their needs, including the handling of golf bags and personal items
- Ensure the proper functioning of all locker room amenities and report maintenance issues
- Provide towels, toiletries, and beverages to guests
- Monitor the locker area to ensure guest security and privacy
- Engage with guests to provide information about facilities and club offerings
- Assist in setting up and breaking down for events or busy periods
Requirements
- High School or Diploma in Hospitality background
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or recreational industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving items
