About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assign lockers and provide towels, toiletries, and other amenities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the locker room area
- Ensure proper security of personal belongings and locker assignments
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Assist with laundry services including washing, drying, and folding
- Maintain accurate records of locker assignments and lost and found items
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in cleaning and light maintenance
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Experience in locker room management
- First aid and CPR certification
