Locker Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assign lockers and provide towels, toiletries, and other amenities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the locker room area
• Ensure proper security of personal belongings and locker assignments
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks
• Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
• Assist with laundry services including washing, drying, and folding
• Maintain accurate records of locker assignments and lost and found items
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Proficiency in cleaning and light maintenance
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
• Experience in locker room management
• First aid and CPR certification
