Locker Maintenance Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the project roadmap, defining key milestones and priorities
• Clarify project governance and coordinate all stakeholders
• Define operational and technical needs, including equipment and material supplier selection
• Plan and coordinate activities within deadlines, costs, and operational constraints
• Monitor project progress on the ground to manage services and ensure execution
• Lead steering committees and operational meetings
• Support deployments, analyze results, and propose corrective actions
• Manage IT tool integration projects in collaboration with IT and business teams

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial engineering, mechanics, electrotechnics, automation, or generalist engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in operational field environments (engineering, maintenance, supply chain, or logistics)
• Proven experience managing IT tool integration projects
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including internal teams, providers, suppliers, and carriers
• Fluent English for international contexts
• Strong organizational, autonomous, and interpersonal skills
