Location Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Belgaum location to ensure smooth functioning.
• Hire, train, and manage staff to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Create, develop, and execute a social media strategy for the location.
• Produce engaging local content including posts, reels, and stories.
• Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Run hyper-local campaigns and events to drive foot traffic.
• Collaborate with central technical and operations teams to provide local market insights.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for both operations and digital activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in location or operations management.
• Proven social media management and content creation skills.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms for a brand.
• Proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager and Instagram analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business and social metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in event management or local promotional campaigns.
• Basic content creation skills in photography, video, or design (e.g., Canva).
• Deep knowledge of the local market, customer preferences, and cultural trends.
