Location Manager

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the location and act as the central interface between headquarters and other locations
• Recruit, lead, and develop the team while creating a motivating work environment
• Build long-term customer relationships and actively expand the customer base
• Monitor KPIs, quality, and standards, ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines
• Analyze market and competitor developments to implement strengthening measures
• Ensure optimal floor planning, product presentation, and attractive market design
• Implement strategic processes and corporate guidelines
• Manage inventory and ensure reliable stock data

Requirements

• Completed commercial and/or gastronomic training
• Several years of professional experience in retail, gastronomy, or hospitality
• Experience leading larger teams and motivating employees
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with inventory management systems
• Strong numerical understanding and ability to monitor KPIs and benchmarks
• Very good German and good English skills
• Strong customer orientation, diplomatic demeanor, and negotiation skills
• Analytical, social, and intercultural competencies
• High level of initiative, commitment, and responsibility
• Solution-oriented and flexible approach in demanding situations
