Location General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead total store operations, focusing on associate development, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Analyze business trends and reports to identify opportunities and champion process improvements
• Manage financial performance through effective P&L oversight and cost control
• Recruit, hire, train, and promote associates to foster a culture of growth and engagement
• Collaborate with senior management to set store strategy and provide vision and direction
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements for the location

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience
• Intermediate PC skills
• Strong communication skills for interacting with associates and customers
• Proficiency in data interpretation and record accuracy
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
