Localization Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team to ensure materials are produced to a high standard and on time
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including game teams, QA, and marketing to align on localization requirements and schedules
• Coordinate day-to-day vendor operations, task assignment, communication, and delivery
• Provide guidelines, reference materials, training, and support for partners and regional offices
• Operate and monitor AI-assisted translation pipelines and quality oversight
• Analyze workflow pain points and recommend practical solutions, including AI-driven improvements
• Support hands-on translation and review tasks as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in localization with project coordination or project management responsibilities
• Knowledge of the localization process and CAT tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Openness to working with AI-assisted translation workflows and emerging technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in game localization as a specialist or translator
• Experience managing AI-assisted translation tools or MTPE workflows
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience with translation management systems (TMS)
• Experience coordinating simultaneous multi-language releases or global launches
• Proficiency in a third language in addition to Korean and English
