Localization Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and scale international localization efforts across product, marketing, design, and sales
• Contribute to the country expansion playbook and coordinate execution across functions
• Own and communicate the localization roadmap and manage translation vendors and tooling
• Establish and own a QA framework across all localization projects
• Coordinate localization rollout priorities for website, content, and digital campaigns
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to integrate localization into the development lifecycle

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in localization, international operations, or program management
• Proven track record owning end-to-end localization programs across multiple languages and regions
• Experience working with TMS platforms (e.g., LILT, Phrase, Smartling)
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in B2B SaaS or AI/tech companies
• Familiarity with Figma, Sanity CMS, or similar design and content systems
• Experience building localization programs from scratch at a scaling company
