Localization Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of concurrent localization programs from intake and scoping through final delivery.
• Translate creative and campaign briefs into localization plans defining market coverage, asset scope, and workflows.
• Lead transcreation and cultural vetting across static and motion creative, video, social copy, and app-store content.
• Brief and coordinate language specialists, regional partners, localization vendors, and creative agencies.
• Partner with creative and production teams to ensure localized work is executable across delivery systems.
• Continuously improve workflows by prototyping and maintaining API-based automations and internal tools.
• Build AI-enabled feedback and quality systems to validate review outputs and surface inconsistencies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing localization programs in fast-moving technology or consumer environments.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-market marketing localization and transcreation.
• Experience managing language specialists and vendors, including capacity management and quality calibration.
• Proficiency with localization and creative-production systems, including TMS, CMS, Figma, and Frame.io.
• Technical fluency to independently prototype and maintain lightweight automations using APIs and scripting.
• A demonstrated AI-native working style, utilizing AI tools daily to plan, execute, and improve workflows.
• Strong program management skills, including scope definition, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
