Responsibilities

• Identify and locate potential sites for company expansion
• Request and manage feasibility studies for potential expansion sites
• Negotiate lease contracts for selected locations
• Manage relationships with landlords from the initial site identification through to the delivery of the site to operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in site selection and contracting within the retail industry
• Advanced knowledge of expansion strategies, negotiation, and lease contracts
• Full availability to travel
• Ability to work onsite
